Ron Paul on ballot in Montana !!

September 6, 2008

Montana Constitution Party Submits Presidential Electors Pledged to Ron Paul and Michael Peroutka
September 5th, 2008
On September 5, the ballot-qualified Constitution Party of Montana submitted its presidential elector candidates to the Secretary of State. The party informed the Secretary of State that its electors are pledged to Ron Paul for president and Michael Peroutka for vice-president. Ron Paul was aware that the party planned to do this, and has said that as long as he can remain passive and silent about the development, and as long as he need not sign any declaration of candidacy, that he does not object.

Ron Paul did not win the nomination – THIS CHANGES NOTHING AND WE MUST STAY FOCUSED, THIS IS NOT OVER BY A LONGSHOT!

September 5, 2008

I know that many are angry and/or discouraged or both but we must stay focused.

Winning and losing : http://www.youtube.com/wa…

Never stop!

To all delegates we are proud of each and every one of you and you must now continue to stand tall for you have nothing to be ashamed of and you should be extremely proud of yourselves.

Now the work begins :

# 1 : We must stay organized and start working together

# 2 : We need to become educated on Rules of order and the delegate process for the future.

# 3 : We must be involved locally for this is where changes are made on the local level.

# 4 : Do not look at the battles we have lost but rather look at the many victories we have achieved this year.

URGENT request from Ron Paul delegate – please help!

August 23, 2008

1. TODAY – please contact the delegates in YOUR home state and tell them you are outraged that Giuliani and Thompson (who got no delegates) have been invited to speak but your candidate has not. Ask them to contact the RNC and complain on your behalf AS ONE OF THE VOTERS THEY REPRESENT.

2. Donate at http://www.chipinfordeleg… Every dime goes straight to the delegate you wish to assist. (I do not have a chip in, so I come to beg you all for help with a clear conscience. This is NOT a self-serving request, other than to have as many delegates in the room with me as possible.)

3. Rally attendees: Print your own fliers to pass out telling why you think Dr. Paul should be allowed to speak. Where ever you go, get there a little early and pass out fliers and stay a little late to pass out more. Got spare time? Go here and see what is going on where:
http://thehill.com/campai…
pass out some more fliers there.

4. STOP TELLING PEOPLE YOU ARE VOTING FOR SOMEONE BESIDES RON PAUL FOR ONE LOUSY FRIGGIN’ WEEK. OK? This one may be considered a personal request, but i have put my life on hold and done things fiscally that I would NEVER have done for any other reason, and i am going to the RNC to try to get Ron Paul tho nomination. When I hear all you whankers who already bailed and who do it SOOOO vocally, I feel you betrayed ME personally, as a delegate who thought she was representing you.

I will ask people to keep this bumped, although I have asked for help for the delegates in the past and watched the threads roll away nearly unnoticed. It breaks my heart that discussions of Baldwin and Barr can go on for days, but a request for help for Ron Paul’s delegation goes unheeded.

DVDs For Delegates to Elect Ron Paul

July 19, 2008

Yes I did.

After I lost all hope that Ron Paul can win the Republican nomination and gave up on his run.
I watched this new youtube video for Dr. G Edward Griffin about the dvds for delegates project
http://www.youtube.com/wa…
http://www.dvds4delegates…
Digg to make it on Diggs front page
http://digg.com/2008_us_e…

Now Im all fired up again about Ron Paul being the nominee of the Republican party.
Although Im campaigning for Dr Chuck Baldwin and trying to help him get signatures to be on the ballot in all 50 states so that this revolution still has a set back plan. I will also fully get behind the www.dvds4delegates.com project
I have to say I already added the link to my signature days ago because of the hard work of daughter4liberty and tog2476 who are the reason of this. So lets hear it for those 2 grt patriots and also for the makers of the dvds4delegates.com project and also to Dr G Edward Griffin and alaskaron and all others who never lost hope even at the darkest time.
Either we can give up like Huckabee’s supporters and try to make Ron Paul the VP of McAmnesty or just another Congressman or we can make this happen and make him POTUS.
This is a longshot attempt but remember that Ron Paul run was a longshot. So we have to make it happen and work as hard as the Good Doctor.
Pls help us make this video viral and Donate at www.dvds4delegates.com. This is our last shot. Our last chance. Our last hope.
Pls dont forget to Digg

We Can Still Win the GOP Nomination – This Project Will Continue Through the End

July 18, 2008

From www.dvds4delegates.com:

Even Without the Nomination It’s Worth Reaching These Delegates

The purpose of the National DVDs for Delegates Project has not changed. We will plan, produce, and distribute a series of four educational DVDs to the roughly 4,600 Delegates and Alternates to the 2008 Republican National Convention before they get to Saint Paul in September.

Our mission is to wake up these National Delegates to the awesome responsibility they have, to do more than just hold a scripted convention, a show for the media.

Fact 1: The convention can still nominate Dr. Paul for the Presidency—even with the “Official Campaign Ending.”

Yes, Dr. Paul said he is closing the Campaign Organization. Now so he can put the $5,000,000+ in its coffers to better use than advertising for primary contests that are over.

But the Fact Remains: There is no law preventing his nomination at that convention, even with the campaign organization closing. We checked with our lawyers. Our chief lawyer was the actual Commissioner and Chair of the Federal Election Commission—he resigned in 2006, so it seems reasonable to trust their judgment on this question.

Fact 2: There is no law requiring Delegates to vote for the candidate they are “bound” to.

These Delegates are Morally Bound, not to a particular candidate, but to Represent the People who supported that candidate. If they are presented with pertinent information that was previously hidden from them—they are Morally Bound to adapt to that information and make the best choice they can for their constituents.

Between now and mid-August, we will create, manufacture, and distribute a series of four DVDs to the mailing addresses of all identified Delegates and Alternates to the 2008 GOP Convention in St. Paul, MN.

Our goal is to use this opportunity to communicate important information to GOP Delegates. We will share media containing perspectives new to most delegates, media blacked out by the 5 mega-corporations who currently ignore the Ron Paul Constitutional Message from their news and other media coverage.

Joining Us:

We welcome and encourage you to join this project. We need committed volunteers to continue our effort to:

  1. Plan the DVD content.
  2. Secure the delegate lists,
  3. To organize teams in their states to address and mail the DVDs we send you, and
  4. Get your state to pay its share of the cost.

Donations:

We do appreciate your donations for this effort, whether or not you want to participate in the work of this project.

For about $20 per delegate, we can reach them all. Your state’s share can easily be computed by multiplying $20 times your state’s combined number of Delegates and Alternates. If you have 50 delegates and 50 alternates, that is 100 times $20, or $2,000. One wealthier donor can cover your state, or 100 smaller ones.

Please help get your state activists to help.

Just click the “Donate” button on this screen to get started.

Your donations are not tax deductable – Please read the Donation page for all of the FEC Required information.

Letter To The National GOP

July 14, 2008

July 14, 2008

Republican National Committee
310 First Street
Washington, D. C. 20003

Attn: Mike Duncan
Chairman, Republican National Committee

We, the undersigned, wish to convey our thoughts to you on the following matter.

Most of us feel that the presumptive Presidential Candidate, Senator John McCain, is a fine individual (some of us don’t), but he can not and will not win the 2008 race for the Presidency of the United States of America for the following reasons:

  1. The Democratic candidate, Senator Barack Obama, currently has a much stronger following of young people and independents. In a head to head race with Senator John McCain and no third party contenders, Senator Barack Obama would easily win the Presidency. Some pundits are saying “in a landslide.” Read the rest of this entry »

You can’t convince your family of what is going on?

July 6, 2008

On July 5th, 2008 mustangmom says:

Thank God, my family thinks I am wise. I waited till I had accumulated some very good videos and then I opened my subject…they got it immediately. They are now trying to enlighten people they work with. They get the blank look…and don’t understand why. I tell them keep ‘tapping’..no sledgehammers..just tap. Enough taps and the dots begin to converge.

RON PAUL IS STILL ELIGIBLE FOR THE GOP NOMINATION

July 3, 2008

.

As Alaska did, sending Ron Paul DVDs to all National GOP Delegates is essential for the Freedom Movement

by Heather Saarela
(Libertarian)
Wednesday, July 2, 2008

Many of you are aware that Ron Paul officially suspended his campaign a couple of weeks ago. What many are not aware of, however, is that this campaign suspension was merely a legal formality, governing the use of Ron Paul’s campaign donations.

RON PAUL IS STILL ELIGIBLE FOR THE GOP NOMINATION.

Similar to Mitt Romney, Dr. Paul is no longer actively campaigning, but *IS* still eligible to win the GOP nomination, and WILL still have bound delegates present at the Republican National Convention in September.

The phenomenal success of Ron Paul’s delegates at this past weekend’s Nevada Republican state convention attest to how active and excited the Ron Paul movement is to elect him the GOP nominee.

The purpose of the DVDs 4 Delegates project  ([link edited for length] ) is to produce a series of 4 professional-quality DVDs tailored specifically to the entire base of GOP delegates, and to send these 4 DVDs to every GOP delegate and alternate in the country. These DVDs will each be around 90 minutes long, for a total series length of about 6 hours.

Within these 4 DVDs, we will explain to the delegates:

– How the Republican Party has drifted from its original conservative principles, and why this is causing a mass exodus from this party.

– Which actions will be needed for the Republican Party to return to its conservative, Constitutional roots, and how this will strengthen the party.

– How Ron Paul is the portrait of a real conservative, and how McCain is the opposite.

– Evidence that McCain won’t be able to win the general election against Obama.

– Notification that Dr. Paul is STILL ELIGIBLE for the GOP nomination, and explanation of the delegate process (bound/unbound; there are still enough unbound delegates to elect Dr. Paul!)

– Explanation of our country’s current economic crisis, and how the bad policies and principles of both the Democrats and Neocons have brought us to this point; and what can be done to restore prosperity to our country.

– The moral and legal implications of the GOP delegates choosing to support Dr. Paul at the Republican National Convention.

– Practical advice about the workings of the national convention, and what a GOP delegate who wants to support Dr. Paul needs to do.

The DVDs won’t have any external indication that they are related to Ron Paul; rather, the DVDs will be mailed out and presented (truthfully!) as important information that the GOP delegates need to know before they vote at the national convention.

Keep in mind that there are several good reasons to educate the GOP delegates: not only do they have the power to elect Dr. Paul the GOP nominee, but these delegates are also the current and future leaders of the Republican Party. If they watch these DVDs and begin critically thinking about and questioning the neocon principles, and begin understanding why supporting freedom is crucial to this country’s future, we may see a significant change in the GOP in future years and elections. NOW is the time to reach these delegates.

After the DVDs are sent, we will have volunteers “adopting” delegates, to call them, make sure that they have watched the dvds, and answer any questions they have. We need to get to know these GOP delegates personally, for this project to have the most impact.

We have made great progress on the creative aspects of this project, but presently, DVDs 4 Delegates is seriously underfunded! We need everyone who still wants Dr. Paul to have a shot at the GOP nomination, to donate anything you can to this project:

Please Donate to DVDs 4 Delegates Here:
[link edited for length] (click on Donate)

If you make a donation, your money will be used to provide DVDs to delegates from YOUR state.

We need a total donation of $3500 from each state. At present, almost every state is extremely short of this fundraising target.

The DVDs’ content will be posted on YouTube as they are completed. However, please don’t wait until then to donate to this project.

The Ron Paul movement achieved world records in the past, when funding Dr. Paul’s campaign. Please, donate to the DVDs 4 Delegates project, and help us to fight for this last chance to educate and change the opinions of the GOP delegates to the national convention. Even a donation of $5 from each Ron Paul supporter will do a tremendous amount to help realize this important, and possibly historically significant, project. The GOP delegates aren’t going to magically change their minds on their own; we need to reach out to them NOW and communicate the importance of their role as delegates, and how the candidate they choose to elect at the national convention is a serious moral choice for them.

Thanks in advance for your help! Feel free to email me with any questions.
